This journey requires an overhaul of perspectives, emotions, and radical acceptance. III.S.E. MGMT is a community hub for light beings who need support and acknowledgment on their self-discovery journey.

III.S.E is an acronym for third side-eye and began as a podcast called III.S.E. Chronicles documenting the hardships of the dark night of the soul.

III.S.E.C. also discussed spiritual concepts Militant Unicorn was learning for the first time. As Militant Unicorn progressed through their spiritual journey, it became clear that the power of awareness can liberate many from self-inflicted suffering.

Therefore, the podcast became a resource and accountability partner for like-minded individuals.

IIIS.E. MGMT has evolved into a community that holds space and creatively expresses the difficulties of self-evaluation. The channels of expression are through voice diaries, written notes, and community dialogue. III.S.E. MGMT shares the hard truths of spiritual healing so others feel seen in the struggle and stay encouraged on their path.

Topics like yoga, meditation, emotional healing, and spiritual awareness are depicted in mainstream media as linear experiences that get easier the more you practice and stay intentional.

However, staying committed and encouraged on your journey is true evidence of self-mastery.

III.S.E. MGMT wants to normalize transparency and vulnerability at every daunting step of the self-discovery journey. Being sincere about the obstacles associated with spiritual development helps the next person not feel crazy or isolated.

In the modern world, if you are honest about your struggles, you are viewed as weak or defective.

But masking or ignoring your growing pains to save face is called toxic positivity or spiritual bypassing. This charade sends a misleading message to the collective and can cause people to halt their spiritual ascension because they believe something must be wrong with them.

III.S.E. MGMT expanded services in 2020 when Militant Unicorn got attuned to Reiki to address this common theme. Now III.S.E. MGMT offers practical solutions to assist other light beings on their respective healing journeys. III.S.E. MGMT hosts energy healing workshops that walk participants through how to regulate and heal their emotional well-being. III.S.E. MGMT also offers Distant Reiki sessions, Empathetic listening, and Spiritual Coaching.

Militant Unicorn understands how mindfulness and self-awareness bleed into every aspect of life and created a consultancy extension of III.S.E. MGMT. The consultancy arm infuses mindfulness into community engagement and neighborhood development.

III.S.E. Consultancy Overview

III.S.E. Consultancy is a multi-facilitated creative agency that pulls from design, planning, and mindfulness practices to bring a fresh perspective to community planning and development. We help community organizations achieve their goals through intentional stakeholder and community relationship building. Incorporating mindfulness into professional planning spaces that are historically top-down is a revolutionary act.

III.S.E Consultancy has lent creative and mindful solutions to projects that bring awareness to community problems. For example, III.S.E. Consultancy worked with the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership, the Melanin Project, Souls in Focus, and Ingersoll Houses to create a photo campaign called Matriarchs. Matriarchs honored the senior women involved in the Ingersoll community garden and highlighted their fight to save their garden from the hands of commercial developers.

III.S. E. Consultancy also worked with Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership to plan and host a 10-year celebration honoring the work and dedication of the Ingersoll gardeners. They were recognized by the City Council's office and supported by fellow community organizations with donations and grant support.

We have partnered with the American Planning Association NY Metro chapter to host a panel discussion about the importance of creative artisans and their potential to be economic drivers for their communities. The conversation centered on historically Black communities facing displacement due to gentrification.

The esteemed panelists were creatives with extensive experience curating artistic and culturally relevant spaces. These panelists successfully promote arts and culture within communities experiencing disinvestment and rapid redevelopment.
